Mason:
 
Take the 1/8 tab of Flagyl, crush it up really fine (using the bottom of a
heavy, flat cup or glass, and mix it with a small amount of warmed up baby
food.  I'm hoping that Slinky is already used to baby food?  Use only a
small amount of baby food (like a teaspoonful) so you're sure he gets all
the medicine, and then you can give him more baby food if you like.
 
You can also take the 1/8 tab and slather it in Nutrical, gently shove it
in is mouth past his teeth so he doesn't chew it, and he should swallow
it, but I think the baby food way is easier.
