Dooks to all. I just wanted to share w/every one that I brought home my
first rescue ferret last night. The second I opened the cage to this
little man, he kissed and snuggled me. I was absolutely amazed and as you
all know, I immediately fell in love. The only information I have is his
name, Frederick. He was completely filthy, so I gave him a nice bath and
he was so good. I did find 1 flea, but other than that, he looked good.
He even let me dry him off and then snuggled with me for hours. My girls
have never allowed such a thing to happen. I have a vet appt. for this
week. He's in his own cage and I have not yet attempted to integrate him
with my girls; and I won't until I know he's been given a clean bill of
health. His shots are unknown. Isn't it amazing how quickly they grab
our hearts.

I'm still awaiting Gypsy's test results for her patch test. I will let
every one know as soon as I hear; and also let you know how Frederick does
in his new home.

Sherri, Gypsy, Cleo, and now Frederick (Love Bug)
