After basically lurking for most of the past year and a half, and silently
stewing to myself, I'm really glad that other people (Bill Killian and Dayna
Frazier) are expressing very eloquently, the feelings I would like to have
expressed re: postings by E. Lipinski.

But enough on that subject.

The other day I was rough housing with the larger of our two males and
holding him on his back while I vigerously rubbed his belly...something that
always gets him going. Well, I made the mistake of putting my face a little
too close to his and quick as a wink, he had my nose locked in his jaws. He
didn't bite hard, but since the nose is pretty sensitive, I knew he had me.
Both of our guys usually let go of you say "outch" but I swear I could see a
twinkle in his eyes as he held on for about ten seconds. Then he let go and
went into a wild weasel wardance.

Our new albino female (Daisy) is slowly getting used to the other ferts,
cats and dogs in the household. Funnily enough she has formed an attachment
to our young male kiiten and we've watched them play tag arounf a bunvh of
cardboard boxes in the computer room for an hour at a time. So far she
really does't want much to do with the other ferrets.

Keep up the great posts everyone...they always make such interesting
reading.

Manfred, Deb and the zoo of eight!
