I can wholeheartedly recommend a great vet in the Alpharetta area.  His
name is Dr. John Cawley, and he is actually in Alpharetta.  I live in
northwest Alabama, but about 3 years ago we traveled more than 5 hours to
have him do cryosurgery on our ferret's adrenal gland.  He and his staff
were great.  I would definitely be willing to travel the distance again
for care for any of my fuzzies.  From what I understand, he treats ferrets
