I have a little girly albino ferret coming in shortly with possible
adrenal problems. I have no age history or shots history as yet and
am not sure I will. I will take her to the vet in the next couple of
days to be sure. If it is adrenal (which the symptoms I know of so far
is the beginning of a balding back and most of the tail) then I would
like to know if one adrenal gland is bad...does the other usually
follow...AND...with some research about drug treatment options, how
many of you have had good success with those? I have seen mention of
melatonin and Lupron as the 2 best options. Lupron being the most
expensive yet very effective and meletonin also being very effective and
less costly, just more involved giving every day rather than the Lupron
once a month.

Thank you for your input...:)

Veronica
