It will all start at 8:30 AM EDT at the Bay City courthouse.  The Bay County
and State will be allowed to present their case first.  Mr. Ganee will then
present Kodo's case.  Witnesses for the plantiff are, Randy Sellers AFA
Advocate, Troy Lynn Eckart of Kansas State University, Dr. F.  Hoffman
reknown rabies research, Dave Les of American Ferret Association.  Tomorrow
we will have Dr. John Nueman, reknown expert in microscopic veterinary
medicine.
 
A side note.  The end goal is two fold.  1) to free Kodo from his captivity.
2) to establish that the law reads each case of alleged ferret biting must
be delt with on a case by case review of circumstances.
 
I will post updates as they come in.  Please DO NOT CALL the court house, or
any of the people involved.  Your cooperation in this matter is of the
utmost importance and is geatly appreciated.
