I'm just curious, is it up to each state/vet to decide whether or not to
vaccinate for rabies?  I've been to two seperate vets in the Pittsburgh,
PA area and neither have ever given rabies shots.  Just the distemper.
In fact, they never even brought up the word rabies.  Is it something
that I have to specifically request?
