First off, I would like to offer good wishes and blessings to those with
lost/hurt/sick furkids.

I would like to thank everyone who gave me advice on Charles tail.
The Vet said to wait until Mon, when it was decided to amputate. The
tail was dead, but it was not Gangrenous. He is now at home, with a
bandage/cover sutured on, not liking his meds and missing playtime with
the other animals. Other than that, he is doing great.

On to Ferocious Camilla. She was a previously abused (ive been told, and
evidence seems to agree) and is a biter to anyone new. She had finally
gotten along with cat and ferret, but then our cat had kittens and she
got to them, killing one, and wounding another. this was about 7 weeks
ago. after this she was restricted to the ferret only area, so only had
Charles for company. in the last few weeks I have been trying to get her
and the kitten we are keeping comfortable with each other, but she still
insists on attacking, and is now attacking the mother cat as well. I can
understand this as a possible territorial thing, etc.

Since Charles escape and surgery, she has been alone and depressed.
2 days after his surgery, I took him to be with her, under close
supervision to protect his bandaged tail, and she attacked him almost
immediately! I couldn't believe it, she was worse than when they first
met, and this had only been after a couple of days!

Does anyone have any experience with this, or advice.

Terrance, Charles, Camilla, Dianna and Boots the Siamese kitten.
