Sorry for taking so long to post this, but I'm a bit behind on my FMLs.
I'm trying to catch up, though!

Anyway, my fiance and I live in an apartment complex called Folly Hill
Apartments in Beverly, MA off of Rte 128 (right behind King's Grant).
They allow ferrets and even dogs, though you need to pay a $300 fee to
have a dog. It's a bit expensive there, about $915 for a one bedroom
(maybe 800 sq ft).

On another note, we're looking about adopting my parents' dog. Anyone know
of any ferret friendly apartments (preferably something in a house, not a
complex) that also allows dogs? The $300 fee is a bit much for us. We'd
like to stay on the North Shore (I go to Salem State).
