If you are in one of the states that is "testing" ferret sales please let
the stores know how you feel about their decision and give them facts and
figures on early neutering, etc.  Maybe we can change their minds before
more ferrets end up abandoned or in shelters.  If you don't live in one
of these four states a call to the individual listed in the letter would
also help a great deal.
