Hi All,
 
I went to the mailbox today.  We had received a $100.00 refund check from
our insurance carrier for overpaying our vehicle insurance.  (Go Figure)
"Oh Boy!", I said.  Hummmmmmm Do I really need those new clothes?  New
Shoes?  Hummmmmmmmmm My babies have plenty to eat, more toys than they
need, treats out the wazoooo!  But wait!  There's a special little boy who
could sure use that money.  I made my check out for $100.00 to Barbara
Ludt.  I know for a fact that Barbara had to pay the hospital bill in full
before they would let her take Ben home.  And all you Shelter Moms & Dads
know whose pocket that money comes out of when there's nothing in the
budget for it.  So, I'm sending this direct to Barbara.  I only wish it
could be more.  I know that she & Jackie Hawley have so many more who need
surgeries & medical treatment.  I hate the thought of someone having to
wait due to lack of funds when we all know timing can be the difference
between life and death.
 
I wish I could win the Lottery.  Then I could fund ALL SHELTERS!  My Hat
goes off to all of you!
