Hi all!
Loved the poem sent in 05/03, but that one verse just had to go! I'm sure
you all know the one I mean...

'You could make a goat a coat
With a collar trimmed in mink;
Or give a pig a wig
In a dainty shade of pink.'

Oh, oh! the horror! 'With a collar trimmed in MINK!!!'

No, can't have that.

So I thought and thought of other words that wouldn't alter the original
structure of the poem...how'd I do?

'You could make a goat a coat
With the buttons shiny zinc,
Or give a pig a wig
In a dainty shade of pink.'

Pretty sad, I know. Anyone else?

It's a really cute little ditty otherwise, but I just couldn't handle that
line!

Dweezil ('mom, why would anyone make a collar out of our cousins?')
Sylvi ('I'd like a necklace made of raisins!')
