I have gotten so many conflicting reports about ear-mites. One person told
me that anyone anywhere near the ferret or anything it had been on was prone
and should be treated as infected. Another person said nope -- only cats
and dogs are in danger. And yet another person said it's possible but not
TOO likely. (So, basically, I got three replies which were all different!)

What I have decided is to ask my local vet and then also the family doctor
(to see whether I have an ear infection or ear mites). Then I will share
the information I find out -- because it might be of service to some of you
in the future.

I hope my experience will help everyone and I will do my best to let
everyone on the FML know the results of my findings.

Thanks to those of you who replied to my question. :o)
