Hello everyone,
 
I know many of you have been getting word that the bill has been moved to
the inactive file.  Jan is working out some of the language of the
amendments will one of the members of the Water, Parks and Wildlife
Committee that supported the bill and said he will be moving the bill to the
floor anytime between now and June 5th.
 
We're still scheduled to be heard at this point, so don't worry, just keep
up the pressure on your Assemblymembers by recruiting friends and family
members to write and call.
