Due to the continuing controversy concerning distemper vaccines, their uses
and results, S.T.A.R.* Ferrets & The Independent Voice have decided to
re-release and update the owner survey made in 1993.  The purpose is to find
out which vaccines are being used for ferrets, how they are being
administered, by whom, and the results.
 
The questionnaire has been uploaded to the Ferret World page on the WWW, and
can be filled out on-line.  The Web address for Ferret World is

If anyone needs a hard-copy form, they can obtain it by emailing their
snail-mail with a request to Pam Grant ([log in to unmask]).
 
Persons who vaccinate their own animals and/or wish to remain anonymous may
just fill in the city and state where they live. If you or your veterinarian
have any more information to provide, please feel free to add more details.
