Just a couple thoughts-- I WOULD have Quincy checked for ulcers.  If that is
the case with the meds for ulcertreatment you might also think about giving
( offering) Quincy duck supo.  This will also help with the insulinoma as
offering food many times in the day helps keep the blood sugar levels more
even.
 
Ulcers are not too difficult to treat -- we have kids doing just fine after.
