Hello,
 
Am in need of someone out there who lives in the COLD part of the country
to write up emergency procedures for ferret shelters and ferret owners
should all power fail and it's like 10 degree's.
 
Unfortunately I have lived in Florida 20 years (as of this year) so I
don't have ANY expertise regarding Disaster or emergency procedures for
very cold climates.
