Yesterday I got my new ferret (my first).
He is a male, 2 1/2 months old (so I was told).
I have a few questions:
 
1st, at what age should I neuter and descent him ?
 
2nd, when I asked the guy I got him from about shots, he told me he should
get a rabies shot but not canine distemper.  could it be that canine
distemper really doesn't occur he in Israel or is it lack of knowledge ?
 
3rd, my ferret is a bit nippy, but I'm not sure when to discipline him.
should I avoid his lounges ?  , discipline only when he bites hard ?,every
time he bites ?  or every time he tries to bite ?
