Also - as a side note.  The HGC shot BURNS (as does Ocytoxin), so make sure
you are prepared to deal with a fuzzy squirming and maybe even nipping.  If
you are not prepared to handle that or do not have a helper to hold the fur
child, then take her to your vet.  Also - it helps if *any* vaccine is room
temperature.
