Hi Folks,
Bear FerretWise here-- you know this picnic stuff is crazy.  The whole
place is filing up with new people!  And to make things more fun there are
boxes andf boxes of fun stuff-- they call it raffles but I swear there must
be 100's of fun things I am just dying to get into-- boxes stacked all over
the house!  Come on over an meet me, Linda Soule will be watching me at
picnic while shelter mom & dad run all over the place.  -- I will be as big
and lovable as ever-- and may even have the gypsy tell my fortune too!
Bear's Teddy-Bear Picnic is sure to be a fun time with games,. prizes,
trophies adn lots of other good stuff.  They alos put big bowls of Totally
Ferret and Water out so us ferrets kids can snack all we want!
Sat. Sept 11, 11AM-4PM Donation $5 per adult $4 per child and the
directions are:
FROM BOSTON: Take interstate 93 north to Rt 101 west in Manchester NH.
Follow 101 west to Marlborough NH (approx. 60 miles) , you will go through
Milford, Wilton, over Temple mountain, Peterborough, Dublin and then you
get to Marlborough.
 
Once in Marlborough you will pass Wilber Bros. Supermarket on your left,
continue for 2 tenths of a mile.  Take the first right after the Texaco
station, this is Water Street.  Take the second left (just over the little
bridge).  You should now be looking at a softball field.  Drive past the
field and keep going straight.  The pavilion will be on your right.  There
will be signs posted
 
FROM CONCORD NH:
Take interstate 89 north to rt 9/202 to Hillsboro.
Follow rt 9 to Keene (approx. 60 miles). In Keene get onto Rt. 12 south
(Note: Rt. 9 turns into 12 south if you keep going straight).At the "T"
intersection, take a left onto Rt. 101 east. Go straight through the next
3 intersections, you will still be on 101 east.
Go straight for the next 5 miles and you are in Marlborough.
Take the first left after the Sunoco station on your left, this is Water
Street.  Take the second left (just over the little bridge).  You should
now be looking at a softball field.  Drive past the field and keep going
straight.  The pavilion will be on your right.  There will be signs posted
 
FROM VERMONT, SPRINGFIELD MA & CONN AREA's:
Take interstate 91 to exit 3 Rt. 9 (posted as the Keene exit) in
Brattleboro, VT At the end of the exit ramp go straight through the
intersection onto Rt. 9 to Keene NH.  Rt. 9 turns into Rt. 101 east at the
intersection of 9, 12 and 101, so just go straight.
Go straight for the next 5 miles and you are in Marlborough.
