Well I just had to add my bit to this even though I've never shown my
ferrets.  I live about 4 hours from the closest major city here and that's
where all the interesting ferret stuff happens so I don't get to go,
but....
 
The only shows here that I've heard about have classes like 'prettiest
face', 'longest tail', and stuff like that.  Now that is my idea of a good
show... It's fun for all concerned (and no designer's).
