Hi FMLers,
This is my first time posting but I have been reading for several weeks
now. I have 2 questions to pose to the group. 1) I have been reading
about some of you letting your fuzzies play in sand. Is this plain sand
or the play sand you can get for sandboxes? Doesn't this put out a lot of
dust that could get in their lungs? 2) I have 2 cages that I want to try
and incorporate into one big one. I have 3 critters now and they are ready
to be together (last one was adopted in Sept) and I need to figure out a
way to put the cages together. I think that they are Marshall Farms cages,
they are 1X2 in heavy gage wire with galvanized aluminum bottoms which are
not attached except by a spring type thing so the bottom comes off. I want
to stack them for space saving. Anyone with suggestions on how to hold
them together, what to use for a ramp to get to upper cage. I think I can
cut a hole with wire cutters in the top of one of them. Any suggestions
are appreciated. You can answer here or e-mail me directly. A little
history, I have 2 3 yr old chocolates, 1 1yr old silver mitt, all girls.
One of the 3 yr olds was recently adopted from a coworker. Thanks for any
help, and thanks for all the help I get just from reading from others who,
like myself, are owned by the greatest critters I know.

Ann and the 3 critters, Cinnamon, Sabrina and Jillie.
