I just learned that in addition to insulinoma, which Rocky was
diagnosed with over 1 1/2 yrs ago, he has adrenal disease. The new vet
gave him a Lupron shot 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't helped his pooping
problem--straining and now making small grunts or crying sounds. He
makes small more frequent poops.

Does anyone know what else could cause this besides adrenal disease?

Though he showed an enlarged prostate on ultrasound, Rocky doesn't
seem to have a problem peeing.
