I don't know about the ferrets, but I know for a fact that CONTROL is
very bad for cats.  I put it on my cat a few years back and he had a
terrible reaction to it.  I won't go into heavy detail, but it was three
days and a bath before he got some what better and it caused permanent
brain damage.  He ended up dying, but I'm not positive it was because of
the CONTROL.  (I found him under the house, dead a month or so later).
