Most of our ferrets have not appreciated olive oil, but Hubble today
discovered that he likes excellent, fruity dipping olive oil:

Sciabica's Ascolano, Fall Harvest, cold pressed, unrefined

Gads, the only more expensive oil we have for our healthy pleasure are
the unfiltered, fresh press, Sciabica's Obliza, Manzanilla, or Sevillano
oils. I don't know if we'll introduce him to those when we open them.

Who would have ever thought that he would love a strong green olive
flavor high in "bite" instead of the everyday blander, more refined,
or later season oils?

If you want to see what Hubble (and Steve and I) love, esp. for
dipping (bread, some veggies) or for some pasta dishes:

Hey, do any list members have a definition of polifinos?
