two bits:
 
widget has started going into sneezing fits, especially right when she
wakes up.  She seemed to have a bit of a cold last week, but this week,
she just seems to be sleeping a lot.  Anyone have any recommendations or
symptoms I should be looking for?
 
On MF, I have three MF ferrets and the other three are from Unique Impressions
(Doug McKay).  I would always recommend buying ferrets from a breeder because
of the size difference in the ferrets and because of the choice of colors.
I haven't noticed any significant health issues between the two sets of
ferrets, though.
