Just got a snail mail letter from Mary van Dahm.  Karen Yaremkowych very
sadly suddenly passed away and now the 70 animals to whom she was
care-giver, including 22 ferrets, are being helped by the Ferret Den,
and Mary says that the Ferret Den (1530 S. 54th St., W. Milwaukee, WI
54214-5204) needs help.  I am not personally involved with the people or
situation, but Mary has always given me reasonable info in the past.
 
Those who knew Karen Y. and are able to attend a memorial service can get
details by calling Mary at 1-630-968-8142, or Sandy van der Linden at
1-414-545-3987.  Mary asked that the information be passed on because many
people knew Karen Y. and attempts are being made to not miss anyone.
