Just thought I would start a thread and make it easy to read.
 
In ONE sentence (no run-ons) answer the following question asked by
someone who will never understand ferrets.  And they ask it as if there
is something weird about having ferrets.
 
Naive person asks: "Why did you pick ferrets?"
 
My answer:
"I like a pet with a good sense of humor"
 
Now, carry on and try to answer in one sentence.
