Hello there!

This is a long overdue post because I had promised to keep you updated with
how Sadie was doing. This is overdue because I just couldn't bring myself
to tell you that Sadie died already 3 1/2 weeks ago. I am still crying,
even as I write this note. I won't say much because it is just too hard.
It never gets easier, it only seems to get harder.

Sadie had just about every disease going. She had an enlarged heart, an
enlarged spleen, her adrenals were getting bad, she had insulinoma, one
part of her stomach wall was thick, her liver was mushy (I forget what
this means - can anyone fill me in?) and who knows what else I forgot. We
shouldn't have had her this long but we did everything that we could. The
one thing that she had right to the end was energy. She stayed bright and
alert. Even though she was around longer then she should have been, she
was only 4 1/2 and we only had her for half of that time. THAT WAS NOT
LONG ENOUGH! She was my sweet little baby Sades and I miss her to no end.
Bye sweetheart. I love you very much.

Tryntje Miller.
