Hi folks!

It's been a long time since I've posted to this list. I just wanted to
let you know about THE BEST ferret frolic in New Hampshire! If you go to
any ferret frolic in NH, be sure to make it this one. I hope to see you
there. Information follows.

Here is the info:

Three Weeks Until Ferret Services of Freedom's 7th Annual Ferret Fun Day

The countdown begins! Only three weeks until the 7th Annual Ferret Fun
Day, which is scheduled for Sunday, May 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
at the North Conway Community Center. Admission is $2/person. This event
is sponsored by Ferret Services of Freedom, a 501c3 tax-exempt ferret
shelter located in Freedom, NH.

Please note: All ferrets entering the hall must have proof of current
vaccination for rabies and distemper in order to be admitted to this
event. No exceptions!

The contests for this year s event will begin at 10:00 a.m. and they
include the following: Turtle race, paper bag escape, floppy duck race,
tube race, flower pot excavation, best trick, and best costume. Ribbons
will be awarded to the winners. The day will wind to a close at 4:00 p.m.
when the door prize will be drawn and raffle/Chinese auction winners will
be announced.

Vendors will be on site. Some of the items that can be found are ferret
mousepads, ferret cookie cutters, ferret tents, hammocks, sleep sacks,
harnesses and leashes, mugs, cages, T-shirts, ferret calendars, notecards,
and much more!

Ferret clubs and rescues from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine
will be on site too, for those who are interested in learning about the
domestic ferret. This is a great opportunity to meet other ferret
owners in your own state.

The domestic ferret is quickly growing in popularity due to its playful
nature and unique characteristics. You won t want to miss this event if
you are interested in learning more about the domestic ferret, or if you
own ferrets! For more information, please call Ferret Services of Freedom
at (603) 539-5631, email us at [log in to unmask] or check out the
shelter website at www.ferretservices.com.
