Does it seem off to anyone that AB409 appears just after people start
taking the CA Fish & Game Dept to court and if it passes, would make the
CA Fish & Game Dept the one to define what species or even dog or cat
breed if they wanted, would be legal or illegal..Thus if one takes the CA
Fish & Game Dept to court for killing their dog, they could simply state
that breed of dog is now illegal to punish the owners for daring to take
them to court.
 
As for ferrets, AB409 passing would make it impossible for ferret owners to
take the CA Fish & Game to court at all, because they re-wrote their own
laws so that they make ALL the decisions on ANY animals, domestic or
non-domestic...
