Hi Everyone,
 
I hope all the sick fuzzies out there are getting better.  Thank you to
everyone who took the time to mail me with their advice and thoughts.  Sage
says thank you to all the ferrets who thought of him.
 
Sage is doing much better.  The day I emailed the request for advice was the
day of the most improvement.  Proir to that day Sage was very scared and
sick and desired constant affection when he was not sleeping.  In fact, I
pulled my bed apart and slept on the floor next to him just so he wouldn't
keep wandering off his sleeping pad looking for me.  He spent most of that
night sleeping in my makeshift bed anyway, curled up on me or beside me.
 
The day I posted the message, Sage slept a lot.  I periodically woke him
for food and liquid intake.  Then he woke up around the evening and was
voracious.  He kept it all down during the day, so I dished out the food
and let him eat.
 
Sage is completely back to normal...and wired again!  Cuddling with me is
the last thing on his mind...but it was nice for awhile.  However I am much
happier knowing he is feeling better and is healthy again.
