While I agree that ferrets are obligate carnivores and SHOULD eat meat-based
treats, try telling that to the ferrets!  All of my ferrets (including the
ONE meat-eating one) get a variety of treats and all (except my MF) have
been healthy and disease-free.  MODERATION IS THE KEY!!
