I have the same problem with the bones, even when I pressure cook them
for another 30 minutes. I've gotten a new blender blade, which doesn't
seem to make any difference even though it's a "heavy duty" blade.

Is there anything that can be substituted for the calcium in the bones,
that would be easier to process?

BTW, it seems to take me hours to prepare also.
