MC (Joe) raised a good point-- how about focusing the letters on asking the
state of Illinois to change the laws so that such tragedies cannot go on
unchecked?  That would acknowledge that what this jerk is doing is
unfortunately within the bounds of the law, but that the law is based on an
incorrect picture of what ferrets are and what their needs are... Anyway,
that's the kind of letter this former Illinois resident is writing.
