Hi Kat,
sorry to hear Charlie is having problems-- listen-- have the vet do the
CEP ADV test NOW!!!!!!
 
how recenly did Charlie have a CD vaccination-- if recent it is possible
this is a distemper caused by live  virus-- a blood titer should show that--
