I've had to send two of my best friends to the bridge in 02 and 03.
Both times I was "disposing" of the body.  I also wanted to be present
until the end.
 
02 The fee for my 85# 12 yr old doberman was $45.  Call one day advance.
 
03 The fee for my 3# ferret, $65, nobody available until next week.  (At
2 dif vets)   We couldn't wait for next week for Twiggy.
