Good ! More ideas !! I have to study that misting description, And go
to Home Depot and look at the pools again. i saw a 3-level one a couple
of weeks ago and wondered if the ferrets would like or hate to slide down
the short slide from one pool to the other. Do they share that with
otters, do you think?..

Plus this AM I was about to browse the local paper that has a zillion
little ads and what did I find on the cover page? Someone has an
above-ground, 15' x 15' swimming pool without a lines for $225! You
can bet I phoned tight away. But the seller wasn't home, though the
pool "probably" was still available. I was told to calll back in the
morning..

I am having dreams about bit by bit making a string of connected
environments.

I am already going to connect the ferts' indoor cage and the original
pen I am getting made (someday it will arrive, i am SURE....) with a
stainless-steel-mesh 4-sided tunnel, and if I get this pool, I should
be able to connect those two environments the same way.

Does anyone have ideas as to what to put on the floor of these tunnels
to protect fert feet and also something east to clean or inexpensive to
replace? Someone suggested astroturf, for example. The tunnel will be
in 5-foot section.

Well, it is 2am here. If I m going to make an early-morning call about
that pool I had better stop typing and start snoring.

RiccoRobertAdaTinaArtie and maybe soon Suzette -- or do you think the
sibilants would sound like hisses to the ferrets????)
