my take...

the more people that post/respond to this video on you tube the worse
it will be...THAT WILL BE GIVING THESE KIDS THE ATTENTION THEY WANT....

it needs to be ignored online...and the
authorities...ASPCA...whoever...need to get involved...

you would just be "feeding" these people to watch the video...they
know how many "hits" right?...and to comment...then they are getting
the attention they are after....

silence from us would be better...notifying the authorities...as many
as can...[i personally have no knowledge of how to find out WHERE these
people are...i hope someone out there does...
