Sukie mentioned that someone was looking for a compounding pharmacy.  I'm
lucky enough to have a pharmacy about five minutes from my house which does
a GREAT job of this.
 
When my Scooter had helicobacter, they did a wonderful job of compounding
some liquid carafate with a liver flavour for him.  When I explained that
it was for a pet (like I would really give a child liver-flavoured
medicine?), they also threw in a special adapter-cap for the bottle which
fit with a handy oral dosing syringe (which they also gave me for free).
This made it SO much easier to give Scooter his medicine!
