I use to get my pellets by the 50lb bag at a wood stove dealership.  I
was able to buy year around with them.  Most of them it seems sell by
the ton (or something like that) the loose pellets, but this dealer also
had some bagged up.  Check out your local wood stove dealers or if you
live in a smaller town the wood stove dealers at the nearest large city
close to you.  They worked well for me, (easy to clean up as when they
get wet they turn into sawdust and they are made of hard wood not the
softer aromatic stuff that causes lung problems like pine and cedar),
by scooping out daily the used stuff, scooting the good stuff toward
the area used and putting in new in the areas I had scooted back :P.
