ferrets in Nebraska?

Does anyone know of a ferret group or organization in Nebraska?  I think we
are the only ones in the western part of the state that is interested in
getting together with other ferret owners.
 
My vet says she sees only 7 or 8 ferrets on a regular basis!!!  She is the
only one in town that treats them..thank goodness she is knowledgeable
about our furry kids and really loves them!!
