That vet ought to lose his license to practice, not to mention being
arrested for animal abuse.
 
I don't know how much luck you'd have but if it was me, here's what I would do.
 
First I'd get the names/phone numbers of the owners of the abused
animals from the files then I'd quit.  I don't know if I'd give him/her
the real reason since that may give him/her some time to put together
excuses, etc.
 
I'd call the humane society, the owners of the animals, and I'd try to
find a local animal activist group.  They're unrelenting.  I might even
picket the place with a BIG placard but you'd want to make sure you
follow the letter of the law on this one or you could end up in more
trouble than the vet.
