Wait a minute here... what happened to "for the people, by the people, and
of the people"?  This sort of manipulation of employees *has* to be
illegal.  Not to mention the fact that this whole anti-ferret law totally
kills freedom of choice.  Maybe some of these employees have the option of
filing suit against California Fish & Game.
