The archives search well and you can find the entered back posts on
this in full detail by using that feature.
 
Go to
http://geocities.com/sukieslist
and look within the governmental related section to learn about the mental
illness of animal hoarding and the dangers this poses to the animals and
to humans in the general area.  There are some truly excellent resources
on that topic available and these should be used to improve laws to fight
animal hoarding and abuse in any state.
