Hello Fmlers,

I had a Purely Canadian Ferret who started off as a biter too. She ended
up being the sweetest and smartest ferret ever. It took a long time for
her bites to change to licks, and she remained an alpha ferret and was
aggressive, but she bonded to me like no other ferret ever has. She
ended up having two adrenal surgeries, 1st the right, then the left, and
died a week after the left adrenal was removed from kidney failure at
the young age of 5. It was horrible and I miss her so much. Just wanted
to let the concerned party know that biters can end up being amazing
friends, if you get to know them.

Also, on stolen things, Sharkie loves things that crinkle. She would
drag tampons across the living room floor to her hidey hole while company
was over. More concerning was the time she managed to steal my room
mate's birth control pills. My room mate was upset, but was able to
get a refill early.
