I have posted a few times on this group and another. I still have 2
ferrets for adoption. Someone from one of the groups contacted me about
them. I called back they werent around and I asked for them to call
back but havent heard anything since.? I'd really like to find these 2
a great home that will give them free range daily and great care. I
took them into rescue? seperatly years ago. They have since gone to? a
foster home, got adopted, the adoptee was an idiot who neglected them,
I heard about it at the last minute and was able to get the adoptee to
drop them back off before she dumped them at a shelter.?They are back
to good health and weight.

I've kept them here since trying to find a good home for them on my
own again. Its been hard and I am super busy but I care to much about
them for them to just go anywhere so they have been here. They don't
get much free range at all because I just do not have time.

They are? both friendly. One is a cream colored/ ruby eyes semi long
haired fat male. He is getting older and hs teeth are starting to not
look so great but he still eats fine. His age is about 5-6 I guess

The female is younger? around age 3. She is a very dark choclate,
black and white masked girl. Super sweet and cute face. I kow all
ferrets are cute but there are those ones that just have a really?
cute face and she is one of them. They both love to play and cuddle
together. I would never consider seperating them as they are VERY
bonded. They don't seem to mind getting along with other ferrets
from past experiences.

With my regular rescue I am super busy and on top of it I am now a
wildlife rehabilitation apprentice and have to spend a lot of my time
at the center or tube feeding animals etc.

That limits their time for free range and I kow they would? be happy to
get out more so I'm kind of eager to find them a good home lready. Its
been so long.

If I find a good enough home I am not asking an adoption fee but you
must know proper care of ferrets and know of a vet? you can bring them
to when needed.

They do not have their "shots" After the last 2 experiences with
getting ferrets shots I will not do it again. Almost lost the one and
had such a hard time getting the other to return to normal afterwards.
Its not worth it to me and if you don't agree tough nuggies I don't
care.

I won't put them through that . I do not know if they will react the
same and apparently its not to rare for them to have a bad reaction!

They were suppoed to be tested long ago but as i got the tubes and was
ready to do teh test and sent it in the lab where you send it in
closed. My vet at that time didn't really know much about ferrets and
didn't know what or how to test for etc. They have been fie since
coming to me years ago though.

The cage they are in is large adn tall but doesnt have a pan. Luckily
they use their litter box so I don't really need it per se. So the cage
can go with them but its crappy and doesn't have a pan. A new one or
another used one would be a better idea but again you are welcome to it.

I am located in Hudson CO NJ.

If you are interested in these 2 please email me or call 201-991-3694

Thanks
Meg
