I will be glad to call the pound today.  But I was wondering, could Randy
or one of the other higher ups at the rescue agree to a permanent rescue of
this ferret...promising to keep it until the day it dies?  I'm not saying
the ferret is mean, probably quite to the contrary, but I know this worked
for a U.S.  shelter that saved the life of a ferret in a similar case.  I
wish I could remember the name of the shelter and shelter operator, but I
can't.
 
Maybe someone could do an FML archive search...
 
Can someone answer ASAP so I can call and help this little guy?  I'd offer
to adopt him myself but I'm here in Pittsburgh and don't own a car...
