I pray that this means something of great significance:
 
The Utah news paper article on Jen asks for comments.  Under them-along
with dozens of FML comments-Jeff Morrison writes that he has moved his
mother out of state so she can care for animals as she pleases.
 
How can Jen be on probation yet allowed to move out of state?  How could
she possibly be supervised out of state?
 
Has she already broken her probation?
