Dear Robert and Family,
 
Words cannot express the pain I feel when I think about the way this has all
played out.  Try to think that Kodo is not alone - he has a HUGE FAMILY
thinking about him today - all because of YOU.
 
Do not think that you could have done more for him - the fact that so many
people have become aware of his case in itself is absolutely remarkable.
Because of YOU I have sent out over 50 faxes and a few hundred e-mails - I
kept the logs - and I'm sure that I wasn't the only one.
 
It is clear that the general public supports you - unfortunately, the court
system was not equipped with the proper legislation to adequately support
his defense.  Don't let it all end here.  The worst thing that could happen
is for everyone to give up and forget.  Before the media forgets his case,
let's all use their attention to see if we can gain support to get some new
laws enacted NATIONWIDE, so that the next time this happens - and it will -
the people in your position have the legal tools to defend their loved one.
Just let me know what I need to do and who I need to fax and it will be
done.  Maybe KozyKingdom will help you to turn Kodo's website into a
rallying place for legislative change in his honor.
